How does it work?

The first step

The first step always starts with a conversation, whether that’s by email or on the phone.

Once we find out a little about your event, our creative flair kicks into high gear, and our brains are immediately flooded with colour schemes, fabrics, and table settings.

Your vision starts to manifest

The planning stage can happen in a few ways: we can send you swatches of our fabrics, or we can create sample table settings in our Melbourne showroom and send over some photos.

From their, we’ll finalise the vision together!


The theme is set, numbers are confirmed, and the next step is to get your linen delivered!

Our freight partners generally deliver our products within 1-2 days. The duration of your rental can be customised to suit your needs, but our standard period is 5 days.


Returning your linens is simple – all you need to do is pop then in the enclosed linen bags place them back in the boxes we originally sent them to you in, attach a consignment note that we send to you and send them back!

Once returned, we send them to our laundry for professional cleaning, so you don’t even need to worry about washing. We do ask, though, that if your linens get wet during your event, please allow them to air dry before putting them back into their bags.
